Expedition AI includes 7 project-based learning labs packed with activities, videos, and online resources in a teacher-friendly format.
Students will make 7 artifacts along the Expedition, including their own book, merch line, music album, and more.
The user-friendly nature of the Expedition AI program makes it an ideal solution for educators teaching STEM, computer science, or CTE to AI-power any class.
Our mission is "every student AI-powered" -- helping them become 21st-century thinkers by awakening their curiosity about AI, inspiring them to become the innovators of tomorrow, and giving them the confidence to harness technology to transform their communities.
Students learn AI fundamentals and how to use their creativity to solve problems through the exploration and application of AI technologies.
Expedition AI is designed not just to teach learners about AI technologies, but also to prepare them with a range of workforce readiness skills and durable skills that are applicable across many areas of professional and personal life.
Here's a list of 18 important skills learners will develop in this course:
AI-Powered Learning: Students learn to apply AI to every aspect of what they're learning in the class, preparing them for how the workforce will expect them to use AI.

Expedition AI is built on CSTA computer science standards. If you teach a computer science class, each mission in the expedition is mapped to a particular standard, and your grading rubric will reflect this.

In our teacher resource guide, AI prompts are customized for different grade levels.

Expedition AI is 7 Missions. Each mission takes 4-5 weeks at 1 hour/week of classroom time.
1 house/ week makes this a 2 semester program (25-30 weeks).
2 hours/week makes this a 1 semester program.

Student success is measured by their learning along the journey, as well as the artifacts they produce by the end.

Yes! Expedition AI is built as a supplemental program.

Yes! Each mission is multi-player. Students are prompted to collaborate and work in teams on their projects, learning the technology by experimenting with their friends.
